Account Management
Each new client will be assigned a dedicated Account
Manager as the primary point of contact.
They will ensure our products and services meet client
expectations at all times and advise clients how to automate
processes to gain additional business efficiencies.
All our Account Managers are highly skilled industry experts
with expertise in relevant fields such as performance measurement,
risk management or data management.
The Account Manager also liaises with our project management
team during the implementation phase to assure a smooth
installation process.
At StatPro we understand how vital a quick and efficient
implementation process is for our clients. To facilitate a swift
installation we maintain a team of experienced Project Managers to
work in partnership with the client.
Before the start of a project they will identify key drivers and
unique requirements, to ensure each client's business and
commercial environment are understood and taken into account.
To achieve these objectives our team follows a clearly defined
Project Management process with
- regular project status and highlight
reports
- actions, issues and risk log throughout the
entire project phase
- dedicated StatPro project team comprising
the Account Manager, a Project Manager and relevant specialist
consultants
