User Groups
User Groups are a key communication tool for our
clients, it offers them the opportunity to request new
features and discuss suggestions made. 
User Groups demonstrate StatPro's commitment to
ensuring that clients remain the primary influence in our product
development strategy. They provide a forum to voice requirements
and discuss functionality requests for new releases. Additionally,
the sessions present an opportunity for clients to network and meet
fellow software users.
User Groups are regularly held and cover any combination of the
following topics:
- Functionality/Upgrade Information
Previews of forthcoming upgrades and prototypes of longer term
projects to provide an initial response and feedback.
- Product Development
Internal feature requests and client requests are examined before a
shortlist is presented to the Product Strategy Group, who make the
final decision on which features to add to the next version of the
product.
- Industry Environment
Some functionality requests will be driven by changes in industry
standards or regulations.
- Other Activities
Training, Account Management, Project Management and Support issues
are also discussed.
