New Bond Markets
Over the past year we have added more than 7000 global bonds to
our evaluated pricing feed. We continue to expand our coverage in
Asian and Emerging markets and just recently began pricing
corporate bonds from China with an additional 800 issues to be
added to our database by the end of this year. Other markets where
we will be expanding our coverage significantly by year end are
Euro Zone, Israel and South America, where the database is expected
to grow by another 2500 securities.
Coverage Increase
In terms of government bonds such as treasuries, we cover 100%
of the market in the countries we track. In addition, Statpro has
also increased it's coverage on inflation linked government bonds
and are now pricing close to 100% of the outstanding
issues with the exception of some South American countries
(Peru, Chile). Currently, we are in the process of adding corporate
inflation linked securities.
In the US market we have increased the universe by
some 3000 federal agency bonds.
