StatPro's Culture
A company is also a community and many
people at StatPro make friends for life. We believe this really
helps our business and we support all kinds of social events to
encourage it. The atmosphere is professional but relaxed. The dress
code is casual. The emphasis is on team
work.
There is always something sociable going on at StatPro; be
it strawberries and cream in the London office to celebrate the
start of Wimbledon, cricket on the beach in South Africa or our now
infamous annual company ski trip.
Monthly lunches
Each office holds regular monthly lunches where each
team takes it in turn to update everyone on what they have
been doing and what is in the pipeline – this ensures we are
all kept up to date, plus of course everyone gets a
free lunch once a month!
Regular updates
We very much value the importance of regular and effective
communication at all levels; be it through email, our global
monthly updates or our annual company away days where we
all get the chance to know each other a bit better, get
involved in some real team bonding and of course dance to
some truly terrible cheesy disco music!
