Diversity and Giving Back
Being a global company, we take great pride in and place
a high value on our diversity. We know that in addition to having
the best people, it is also their own individual perspectives,
experiences and cultures that combined, leads to the creation of

We know there is no such thing as a typical client so by having
people who reflect the world we live and work in, we are able to
continue to aim for the highest levels of support and service that
we can.
Our Social
Responsibility
We also believe in the importance of giving back and believe
strongly in the importance of educational opportunities for all. As
such, we set up a Community Social Investment (CSI) Program in 2007
which allows us to sponsor pupils from impoverished backgrounds to
receive an education otherwise not possible. With the growth of our
Cape Town office, our CSI Program has also grown with 25 pupils now
receiving sponsorship.
