Charles Fairbairn, ACA
Non-Executive Director
Charles has many years' experience in the media sector and in
growing entrepreneurial companies. Previously he worked for Pearson
plc, both as finance director of Pearson New Entertainment Limited,
a start-up division with interests in computer publishing which was
sold to Apax Partners in 1998 for £142 million, and as Group Chief
Accountant.
Charles is currently also a non-executive director of AIM listed
company Research Now Plc and Chairman of Brightview Group plc.
Charles chairs the Group's Audit Committee and chaired the
Remuneration Committee up to 1 January 2007.
