Each client has his own Account Manager who is a fellow analytics expert and can therefore empathize with the challenges you face and find ways to resolve even the trickiest of problems. Beyond that, StatPro’s objective is ensure that our clients get the best value possible out of our solutions, so we will be in touch with you regularly to inform you directly of the many improvements that we release every 6-10 weeks. Our new cloud based solutions mean that we can respond rapidly to client led demand for new functionality.
