Issue of Shares

StatPro Group plc (AIM: SOG), the AIM listed provider of portfolio analytics and data solutions for the global asset management industry, today announces the issue of 225,000 shares following the exercise of share options at 60p per share under the Company’s share option schemes.

Application will be made to issue a total of 225,000 ordinary shares of 1p each. It is expected that dealings will commence on 2 December 2009. These shares will rank pari passu with the Company’s existing issued ordinary shares.

Following Admission, the Company’s enlarged issued share capital will comprise 60,468,067 ordinary shares with voting rights. The Company does not currently hold any shares in treasury. This figure of 60,468,067 ordinary shares may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FSA’s Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
